If you do not have an account or do not wish to login to your account, simply use the pop up support button to submit a query. Our response time for ticket enquiries is within 24 to 48 hours (business days), so there may be some delays for queries made during the weekends or peak seasons.
 
2. Phone. Contact us directly on 02-8338 8899 during our business hours 9:30-5:30pm. Please limit using this option to urgent issues that require immediate attention.
