However, in the event that you find a similar item sold by ShoppingExpress.com.au offered at a lower price by our competitors, we will match that price.
To request for the price match, you need to send to mail@shoppingexpress.com.au providing us the following information:
- Product description, along with the price and link on ShoppingExpress.com.au of the product you request for price matching.
- Product description, along with the price you wish to match and link on the competitor website of the product you request for price matching. If the price is only available in a particular page among a group of items, please direct us the best way to locate the item on the website.
- Provide the postcode you wish to deliver the product
When we have verified the accuracy of the information you provide, we will price match the product for you by offering you a coupon code for you to apply to the product when purchasing.
Our Price Match Policy terms and conditions below:
- We only provide price match before sales of product.
- We only price match brand new product.
- The product appearance, color, brand, model, warranty period provided and accessories bundled together have to be the same.
- The competitor offering this price must be a reputable establishment that is subject to law in Australia. We reserve the right to decide if the competitor is considered reputable. Our decisions are based on some deciding factors such as availability of phone number, ABN number and presence of physical address.
- The competitor must have the product in stock.
- The compared price is valid for longer than 24 hour. We do not price match 24 hour sales promotion
- If the price match is against an online retail store, we price match the total price (price of product + shipping cost). We believe this is the fairest as that is the price you pay to get the product delivered to you door.
- If the price match is against a local retail store, we will price match the price of the product only, with shipping cost still applies.
- We limit our price match item to maximum 1 per person by default, which in some cases we may allow more than 1 to be purchased.
- We reserve the right to change our price match policy without prior notice, and all changes will be updated on this page.
