• Who can enter: Entry is open to all Australian residents who is 18 years and older and make a purchase from www.shoppingexpress.com.au in a single invoice between 2 September 2013 to 7 September 2013.

• Exclusions: This lucky draw is not open to employees of Shopping Express Pty Ltd and anyone directly connected or is in a position of conflict with Shopping Express Pty Ltd. Shopping Express Pty Ltd reserves the sole and absolute discretion to exclude any buyers (who would otherwise be eligible) whose purchases are deemed by Shopping Express Pty Ltd in its absolute discretion to be sub-standard, doubtful, bad or delinquent or not conducted in a proper and satisfactory manner from the lucky draw.

• How to enter: Entrants will be required to complete an online purchase from www.shoppingexpress.com.au and each order must include their billing address and contact details. Unpaid, cancelled or credited orders before the prize draw day will be excluded from the lucky draw. Every $50 spent on an order from the list of eligible products (for Products listed on this pages: http://www.shoppingexpress.com.au/view/buy-cheap-online-australia/Spring-Carnival-Toshiba ) http://www.shoppingexpress.com.au/view/buy-cheap-online-australia/Spring-Carnival-Storage-N ) constitutes a single entry to the lucky draw. Full invoice amount must have been fully paid and received by Shopping Express Pty Ltd before 1PM AEST 9 September 2013.

• Entries are deemed to be received at the time they are received by the Shopping Express Pty Ltd’s database and not at the time of submission by the entrants. The number of qualifying purchases and entries to the lucky draw from each customer is not limited. Shopping Express Pty Ltd is not liable for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence due to error, omission, tampering, deletion, theft, communications failure or otherwise. Shopping Express Pty Ltd has no control over communications networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. Shopping Express Pty Ltd is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred. Computer generated entries will not be accepted.

• Promotion Dates: The promotion commences on 2 September 2013 1AM AEST and ends on 7 September 2013, at 11:59PM AEST. All fully paid orders in the Promotion Dates and before the close date of the promotion will enter into the prize draw automatically (subject to the exception rule above).

• Prize Drawing Date: One winner will be drawn for each prize at 1PM AEST on the 10 September 2013. Winning entries will be drawn manually at Shopping Express Pty Ltd's premises at Unit 6, 69 O'Riordan Street, Alexandria, NSW 2015.

• Notification of Winners: Winners of the promotion will be notified by email and have up to 3 months from the Prize Drawing Date to claim the prize. If the prize remains unclaimed after this time, it will be redrawn respectively at 1PM AEST on the 10 December 2013 at Shopping Express Pty Ltd's premises at Unit 6, 69 O'Riordan Street, Alexandria, NSW 2015. Redrawn winners will be notified via email. All unsuccessful lucky draw entries will not be notified.

• Announcement of Winners: The prize winners’ names, postcode and invoice numbers will be announced on the this webpage of www.shoppingexpress.com.au on 11 September 2013.

• Prizes: 1st prize is a 1x Sony VAIO Duo 11; 2nd Prize is Asus 27" LED Monitor; 3rd prize is Samsung Note8 16GB Tablet. Total prize amount $2457RRP. Prizes will be shipped to the winner with no additional delivery fees. Prizes will only be shipped to an address within Australia.

• Entrants can only enter in their own name. Shopping Express Pty Ltd may require entrants to provide proof of identity, proof of residency and proof of email address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at Shopping Express Pty Ltd's discretion.

• Shopping Express Pty Ltd reserves the right to request each winner to produce (within the requested time) documentation (to Shopping Express Pty Ltd's satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm each winner’s eligibility to enter and claim a prize and any information submitted by a winner in entering the promotion before issuing a prize. If the documentation required by Shopping Express Pty Ltd is not received by Shopping Express Pty Ltd (or its nominated agent) or the winning entry has not been verified or validated to Shopping Express Pty Ltd's satisfaction within the time requested, that winner’s entry will become invalid. A prize will only be awarded following any winner validation and verification that Shopping Express Pty Ltd requires in its sole discretion.

• All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions as imposed by the supplier. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prizes are not included. Any prizes will not be awarded as cash.

• Consent: By making a purchase and submitting information, users consent to being placed on an e-mail list to receive promotional material from www.shoppingexpress.com.au. The winners and their companions must, at Shopping Express Pty Ltd 's request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of any prize, free of charge, and they consent to Shopping Express Pty Ltd using their name, image and likeness in promotional material.

• If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded and a new winner of the prize will be determined by drawing a further valid entry.

• Shopping Express Pty Ltd's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• Shopping Express Pty Ltd and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

• Without limiting the previous paragraph, Shopping Express Pty Ltd and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage or delay in transit to prizes.

• Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Shopping Express Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. If for any reason the winner does not take an element of a prize at the time stipulated by Shopping Express Pty Ltd then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. If a prize or an element of a prize is unavailable for any reason Shopping Express Pty Ltd may substitute for that prize or that element another item of equal or higher value as determined by Shopping Express Pty Ltd.

• If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of Shopping Express Pty Ltd, Shopping Express Pty Ltd may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each state and territory if required.

• Shopping Express Pty Ltd is not liable for any tax implications arising from prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where the operation of this competition results in, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants agree to follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.

• All entries will be the property of Shopping Express Pty Ltd. The information entrants provide will be used by Shopping Express Pty Ltd for the purpose of conducting this competition.
